There are four types of people out there.
Here’s what they are like

A -Types |
Fast, quick, persistent, decisive, independent, want things
done yesterday, and task oriented. Irritated at any wait. |

B-Types |
Outgoing, impatient, wants and needs change, love parties
and travel, talkative, wants to be liked and admired,
persuasive, and people oriented. |

C-Types |
Deep, thoughtful, loyal, analytical, detailed, steady,
consistent, need facts and figures, defensive at times, and
task oriented |
|
D-Types |
Low keyed, slow, charming, calm, patient, good listener,
lacks drive, and people oriented. |
What’s the best personality type for an
owner or manager? Where are you? Ensure that you play to your
strengths.
If you’re a great professional or
technician, but not a Leader or a Manager…consider hiring one.
If you’re not analytical and you need to be analytical (every
great business person does) … hire someone who is and will work
with you.

Owners and Managers need to have ideally a
balance between all four types. Importantly, they need a
bias of A Type to get things done and C Type to control
things. |
